This Privacy Statement applies to the LocoTV website, which is operated by LocoTV Pty Ltd (ACN 119 337 969) as trustee for the LocoTV Unit Trust trading as “LocoTV” in Western Australia (LocoTV) under the domain name “www.LocoTV.com.au”. It explains how your personal information will be treated as you access and interact with the LocoTV website.

This is the current Privacy Statement. It replaces any other Privacy Statement for the LocoTV website published on the LocoTV website to date. LocoTV may at any time vary the Privacy Statement by publishing the varied Privacy Statement on the LocoTV website. You accept that by doing this, LocoTV has provided you with sufficient notice of the variation.
